MAISON DE LA NATURE ET DE L'ESTUAIRE

The unity of our architectural and scenographic project is the primary objective of our work, which is to create a new emblematic building dedicated to nature. Behind the transparent façade of the new extension, a ‘refuge’ object is revealed, running from the ground floor to the 1st floor, where the public will enjoy a totally immersive experience. The ‘nest’, a habitat recognisable to the site's inhabitants, through its symbolic and physical representation, becomes the common thread running through the entire scenography developed from the edutainment area to the panoramic gallery. Visible from the outside, the ‘nest’ arouses curiosity through its materiality made of interwoven fibres, echoing the thatched façade. And from the inside, the intrinsic qualities of the refuge create a warm, reassuring atmosphere.

L’unité de notre projet architectural et scénographique est l’objectif premier de notre intervention, visant à créer une nouvelle construction emblématique dédiée à la nature. Derrière la façade transparente de la nouvelle extension, se dévoile un objet « refuge » traversant du rez-de-chaussée au 1er étage où le public va vivre une expérience immersive totale. Le « nid », habitat reconnaissable par les habitants du site, par sa représentation symbolique et physique devient le fil conducteur de l’ensemble de la scénographie développée depuis l’espace ludo-pédagogique jusqu’à la galerie panoramique. Visible de l’extérieur, le « nid », suscite la curiosité par sa matérialité faite de fibres entremêlées, en écho à la façade en chaume. Et de l’intérieur, par les qualités intrinsèques au refuge, offre une atmosphère rassurante et chaleureuse.
